The problem is related to Windows 10 blank screen, where Windows 10 ends up displaying blank (black) screen after you wake up your pc from sleep.You can see your system is still running via the LED indicator of your chassis but screen doesn’t display any. I don't believe this is a bug caused by us (no-one else has reported the same problem, and we use that version here, without issue) but we can try to help you out :-). I can get the drop down menus by clicking at the top of the screen but otherwise it is all white.

It opened with all white screen and the splash page of 8 adverts from Serif. So I then tried reinstalling the latest Win 10 update and that got me to 2. Then I ran Photo and it asked me to accept the licence and then started up correctly! I shut down and started again and it worked correctly, opened files etc. If the issue still appears, it is not the problem with your laptop display. To figure out if it is a broken laptop display, you can connect your laptop to an external display. The system reported that it was 3 Build 17763. Faulty hardware can be a reason for Windows 10 white screen and it can be the display or graphics card. In desperation I rolled back to an earlier version of Windows 10.
